Voila’s pricing is based on square footage, the type of cleaning, the frequency, and the client’s budget. Depending on the individual client’s need and budget there are a few things we ask our clients to consider. If you are looking to have an in-depth cleaning while staying with-in your budget, we recommend you pick-up or put away any dishes, items on desks, Etc.

First Time and Occasional Cleaning

All first time or occasional cleanings require more time and effort due to the accumulation of old dirt, dust and stains. Every business is different and unique and in some cases the first time or occasional clean can take anywhere from 2-4 times longer than a regular scheduled maintenance cleaning.

Regular Scheduled Cleaning

Maintenance cleanings will be placed in a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly reoccurring schedule. Regular maintenance cleaning will reduce the amount of time required to clean per visit.
